Dr. Khaled Alblooshi is a highly skilled and experienced board-certified periodontist with over 17 years of experience in periodontics and implantology. Prior to joining NovaDent, he served as a senior consultant in periodontics and implantology at Zayed Military Hospital. Dr. Alblooshi was born and raised in Abu Dhabi and completed his Bachelor of Dental Science degree at Trinity College Dublin in 1997. He then furthered his education in the US, obtaining his Doctorate Degree in Dental Public Health and completing his Periodontology residency at Boston University. He also completed his Fellowship in Implantology from the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania, and became a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology in 2005. From 2009 to 2010, he served as Assistant Professor of Periodontology and Oral Biology at Boston University Institute for Dental Research and Education in Dubai and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Periodontology and Oral Biology in the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
